Loomwell Pink Mountain Mural Wallpaper #oneroomchallenge
This wall is super super bumpy texture. So I’m not gonna lie, I was a little worried to “waste“ this beautiful wallpaper on it if it wasn’t going to adhere. BUT TO MY PLEASANT SURPRISE… it looks beautiful. The bumps just look like texture on the mural.
My toddler was literally rolling under the wallpaper while I applied it. I did it in a few hours all by myself… and found myself preferring THIS to painting!
Whitney Fox started Loomwell a few years ago and fun fact - I designed a few of their first prints. Coming up in January, I will be her featured artist! CAN’T WAIT.
If you want SOLID wallpaper that you can literally get stuck to itself while applying with 0 affect to the final product… THIS IS GOLD. I’m serious. I have only used one other wallpaper and a few samples. It’s the BEST quality ever. It is 100% removable. It’s SO forgiving as your apply it.
I don’t want to spoil next weeks big reveal, so I’m not going to share a ton of pictures of the space in this blog. But know that next weeks will make you drool over this boho feminine nursery space.
Four ways to hang things on your wall:
On Instagram today I’m sharing an IGTV on how to hang your pieces when using an anchor in the drywall.
1️⃣ command strips (useful but don’t work for all things)
2️⃣ thumb tacks or Brad nails (So helpful for little things like picture frames & weavings)
3️⃣ anchors (when hanging heavier items or high use items like curtains, shelves, tp rolls USE AN anchor in your drywall so it doesn’t pull out)
4️⃣ screw directly into the stud (things like my hanging hammock swing HAVE to go into the stud, I’d you have a stud lined up perfectly you can use it for other things like shelves and heavy mirrors without having to use the anchor)
